We’re a group of Health at Every Size®-aligned, non-diet dietitian nutritionists based in Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina.
Collectively, we have years of experience working with clients of all ages. We specialize in eating disorders, intuitive eating, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and various chronic health conditions.
You’re in the right place if:
You’re ready to leave your eating disorder behind.
You’re tired of obsessing about food and your body.
You’re looking for a path to health that’s affirming and body-positive.
You have a chronic health condition and want to learn to manage it without strict diets and impossible food rules.
You want a dietitian who will truly listen to you.
You want pregnancy and postpartum nutrition advice without a side of diet rules and weight shaming.
You’re having trouble breastfeeding and want at-home support.
Eating Disorder Nutrition Counseling for Adults
We provide talk nutrition therapy, meal support, meal planning, food exposures, and more. We help you challenge your eating disorder and find full recovery. We can help you navigate the tough transition of coming home from a higher level of care.
Eating Disorder Nutrition Counseling for Kids and Teens
We take a family-based treatment approach, which means we support both teenagers and their parents (usually in separate appointments). We provide structure for recovering at home, and can help you transition to or from a higher level of care as needed.
Intuitive Eating Nutrition Counseling
We help you work towards intuitive eating in a way that works for you and considers any health conditions you might have. Clients often come to us to work on things like blood sugar control, high blood pressure, and nutrition during pregnancy, because they love our anti-diet approach.
Lactation, Breastfeeding & Infant Feeding Support
Our lactation consultants (who are also dietitians) come to your home to set you up for success with breastfeeding, and help you work through any challenges you’re having.
Fertility, Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition Counseling
We help you navigate nutrition concerns and challenges that might arise while you’re pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or in the postpartum phase — without the weight shaming and diet rules that come with most pregnancy advice.

Our North Carolina dietitian nutritionists offer virtual and in-person nutrition counseling.
We have in-person appointments at our two offices, one in Downtown Raleigh and the other in Durham. We also offer virtual nutrition counseling to clients in the following states:
- North Carolina
- Arizona
- Colorado
- Connecticut
- Georgia

- Michigan
- Montana

Lactation consulting services take place in your home.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help you STOP obsessing about food and your body, and START nourishing yourself without guilt — so that you can be the vibrant, unique, incredible person you’re meant to be.
Why our dietitians are different
We’re not like that super diet-y dietitian you may have worked with way back when. We don’t encourage intentional weight loss, and we won’t put you on a restrictive diet plan. We believe all bodies are good bodies, and our anti-diet nutrition counseling is designed to help you feel nourished, energized, and confident.
We listen. We get to know you. When you tell us about your struggles and challenges, we believe you. Then, we work with you to set goals and support you in reaching them. Our work together might feel challenging at times, but we’re with you every step of the way.
Insurance Information
We’re proudly in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Many BCBS plans cover unlimited nutrition counseling sessions at no cost to you.
If you have health insurance through another carrier (like Cigna, Aetna, or United Healthcare), we’ll provide super bills to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many of our clients get reimbursed a significant percentage of what they pay for nutrition counseling.
