Kenly Burchette (she/her) MS, RD, LDN is a weight-neutral dietitian who practices through the lenses of Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative, compassionate relationship with clients as they navigate their healing journey and build a more peaceful connection with food and movement.

From an early age, she was drawn to healthcare and fascinated by the role nutrition plays in helping individuals live healthier, more fulfilling lives. After earning her BS in Applied Nutrition from NC State University, she went on to complete her MS in Nutrition Science at Meredith College. Through her education, she discovered her passion for supporting others through individualized, evidence-based nutrition care and empowering them to reconnect with their bodies.

Kenly’s recent experience includes working at a local eating disorder treatment center with adults in the residential, partial hospital, and intensive outpatient settings. In this role, she gained experience supporting individuals facing eating disorders, disordered eating, and co-occurring mental health challenges. She also draws from her background in sports and movement, enjoying the opportunity to help clients rebuild a healthy, sustainable relationship with physical activity.

She especially enjoys working with clients healing from eating disorders, those exploring intuitive eating, individuals reconnecting with movement, and anyone seeking weight-neutral care during pregnancy and postpartum. Her approach centers on meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experience, and partnering with them to make their goals feel achievable and meaningful.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband, their son, and their two dogs, Brewer and Deacon. She loves trying new recipes and making fun meals for her family, needlepointing, lifting weights, and going on family walks.
